How to change?
If you are a Prepay Customer you will need to follow simple instructions below or Call 1800-266-0000 and follow the guided process on the IVRS to switch to Tata DOCOMO.

OR Send an SMS 
Step 1:
Sms PORT <space> <10 digit number> to 1900 and get UPC code.

Step 2:

Get a new docomo sim card and fill out the application form available at your nearest Docomo retailer .Enter the  UPC code in application form along with your valid address & identity proof  and submit your passport size photo.

Step 3:

we will send an sms telling you the day when your number will be transferred. Just insert you Docomo Sim on mentioned day and get started.
